Meet your Coaches

Meleah Murphy, Physical Therapist

Meleah is a Doctor of physical therapy, an elite level Ironman athlete and cross country skier with an incredible passion and vast experience in endurance sports.  She developed and instructs programs for athletes to decrease pain, recover from injury, and perform better. 

Johnny Surprise, Cycling Coach

Johnny has coached and raced triathlon and cycling for over 15 years and has completed 12 Ironman’s (including the World Championships) and has over 15 Half Ironman’s under his belt. He is very passionate and loyal to the sport of triathlon and wants to continue to grow the sport and to give back to triathlon that has given him so much over the years of racing. 

Luis Leonardo, Coach and Personal Trainer

Luis is the owner of Embrace North, former pro-triathlete, and personal trainer. He provides custom personal training plans for endurance athletes and has developed his own style of coaching and training by providing his clients with his personal knowledge he has discovered from been an athlete and a coach for over the past 21 years.

Lindsay Williams, Head Trainer

2006 US Cross-Country ski Olympian, Lindsay is the head Trainer at Embrace North. Her classes and workouts are guaranteed to push you to your limit.

Classes are designed to maximize your strength and endurance

Each workout begins at 8 am with 55 minutes of interval bike training on YOUR bike and trainer. After that, we will lead you through a fun, targeted, cycling strength program that will challenge you to reach new PR's next season. Come join the fun!
