Informational purposes only
The content on this website — including all descriptions of services, conditions, treatment approaches, and outcomes — is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not intended to be medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment and should not be used as a substitute for professional evaluation by a licensed healthcare provider.
No provider-patient relationship
Visiting this website or submitting a contact form does not establish a physical therapist-patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you have completed a scheduled evaluation with Meleah Murphy, DPT, including any required intake documentation.
Individual results vary
Physical therapy outcomes depend on many individual factors, including your specific condition, history, and engagement with care. Any descriptions of outcomes, recovery, or what may be possible for you are illustrative only — they are not a promise, guarantee, or prediction of your personal results.
Client testimonials
Testimonials shared on this site reflect the individual experiences of the clients who provided them and are not guaranteed to represent outcomes you will experience. Results described in testimonials are not typical for all individuals.
Integrative approaches
Treatment at MMPT may include manual therapy, myofascial work, visceral work, nerve mobility techniques, and other integrative approaches alongside traditional physical therapy. These are offered as part of an individualized plan of care and are not represented as a cure for any condition or diagnosis.
Cash-pay, out-of-network practice
MMPT is a cash-pay, out-of-network physical therapy practice. Services are not billed directly to insurance. Clients are responsible for understanding their own insurance benefits and confirming any out-of-network reimbursement with their insurer prior to care.
Emergency situations
This website is not designed for emergencies. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Do not use this website or contact form to seek urgent care.
